Who we are
At White Willow Physical Therapy, PLLC, we believe quality care starts with truly listening to our patients. Through personalized mobile physical therapy services, we provide one-on-one care tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and lifestyle — serving patients of all ages in the comfort and privacy of their own environment.
My passion for physical therapy began after undergrad when I moved to Lexington, KY. I was working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic as well as a program serving individuals with a history of traumatic brain injury. Seeing firsthand how movement, strength, and personalized care could positively impact someone’s life inspired me to pursue a career in physical therapy.
While attending physical therapy school, I worked at the local hospital, continuing to build my experience caring for patients in a variety of settings. After earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016, I began practicing in outpatient orthopedics, where my passion for orthopedic care continued to grow. In 2020, I pursued my Orthopedic Clinical Specialty to further expand my knowledge and provide the highest level of evidence-based care to my patients.
Over time, my practice also expanded into pelvic health physical therapy — an area of care that requires compassion, trust, and a strong patient-therapist relationship. Pelvic health concerns are often deeply personal and sensitive, and I understand how important it is for patients to feel safe, heard, and comfortable throughout their care. By providing therapy in the home setting, White Willow Physical Therapy offers an added level of privacy and convenience that helps create a more relaxed and supportive experience for patients.
One of the things I value most about physical therapy is the opportunity to spend meaningful one-on-one time with patients. That time allows us to look beyond symptoms, identify the root cause of pain or movement limitations, and create treatment plans that support long-term success — not just temporary relief.
In 2024 I married my best friend Ryan, and in 2025 we welcomed our first baby. As a family, we love spending time outdoors and taking cross-country road trips whenever we can. Those experiences continue to shape my appreciation for movement, wellness, and the importance of helping people stay active and engaged in the lives they love.
At White Willow Physical Therapy, my goal is to help every patient feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
